What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers:
All repairs we perform on your device.
The specific parts we replaced during the repair.
Whether it’s a screen replacement, a new battery, or another type of repair, the warranty ensures that if any issues arise with the part we replaced, we’ll take care of it at no extra charge.
How Long Does the Warranty Last?
The warranty remains valid for as long as you own the device. It’s designed to last a lifetime of ownership—so as long as the device is in your hands, you’re covered. Please note, however, that the warranty is non-transferable and will not apply if you sell or give the device to someone else.
What Isn’t Covered?
While our warranty covers workmanship and the parts replaced, there are some exceptions:
Accidental damage such as cracked screens, drops, or mishandling.
Water damage or exposure to liquid.
To help clarify, here are some examples of what isn’t covered:
Dropping the phone and cracking the newly replaced screen.
Exposing the phone to water after repair.
Additionally, the warranty will be voided if:

The part we replaced is removed or replaced by another service.

How Do I Claim the Warranty?
If you need to claim your warranty, simply complete our claim request form! You will need to provide the receipt from your original repair to verify the claim. If you’ve misplaced it, don’t worry—you can contact us, and we’ll be able to help retrieve your record.
Are There Any Additional Fees?
Nope! If the repair falls under our warranty, we’ll fix it completely free of charge—no hidden fees, no extra costs. It’s part of our commitment to ensuring you get lasting results from your repair.
