If you’d like us to send you packaging, let us know during the checkout process. While we’re happy to provide packaging, using your own materials may speed up the process, as it takes additional time for the packaging to arrive.
Before shipping your device, ensure it’s securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. Choose a sturdy box that fits your device snugly. Use bubble wrap or other protective materials to cushion it and prevent it from shifting. Please do not include any accessories as they will not be considered in your final offer or be returned.
Once your device is packed, affix the prepaid shipping label securely to the package. Take it to your nearest shipping carrier drop-off location, and they’ll handle the rest. If you’d like to track your shipment, keep a copy of the tracking number provided by the carrier.
After we receive your device, our team will inspect it to confirm it matches the details you provided during the quote. If everything checks out, we’ll process your payment within 72 hours.
