At Summit Phone Repair, we strive to provide fair and accurate quotes for every device. However, if you disagree with the final offer after our inspection, you have options to ensure the process remains transparent and satisfactory.

Why Might an Offer Change? Once we receive your device, it undergoes a thorough inspection to confirm its condition and functionality match the details you provided during the quote process. If discrepancies are found—such as damage not reported or the device not functioning as described—the final offer may differ from the initial quote.

Your Options If you’re unhappy with the revised offer, you’re not obligated to accept it. Simply let us know, and we will ship your device back to you at no cost. You’ll retain full ownership of your device throughout the process until you approve the final offer.

How to Respond When you receive the revised offer, you’ll have the opportunity to accept or decline it. If you choose to decline, reply to the email notification or contact us directly to request the return of your device.

Need Help? We’re here to answer any questions or address concerns about your offer. Contact us at 816-427-0142 or email [email protected] for assistance.
