Once you’ve prepared your device for shipping, you can choose the method that works best for you:
Use Your Preferred Carrier: You’re welcome to ship your device using any carrier you prefer. Be sure to select a service that includes tracking & insurance for peace of mind.
Free Shipping Label: If you’d like to use our free shipping option, find the link in your initial confirmation email to generate a prepaid shipping label. Simply print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS location.
Make sure your package is properly sealed and labeled with the correct address. Including a tracking number will help you monitor your shipment’s progress until it arrives at our facility.
