We understand how important it is to stay updated on the progress of your transaction. Summit Phone Repair provides simple and transparent ways to track your overall status throughout the buyback process.

When you submitted your request on our website, we sent you a confirmation email that includes a link to your personalized tracking page. This page allows you to follow the status of your buyback transaction as it progresses. If you can’t locate the email, check your spam or junk folders, or contact us for assistance.

Please note that we do not provide shipping tracking information. Be sure to retain the tracking number provided by the carrier when you drop off your device, as this will allow you to monitor the shipment’s delivery to our facility.

Once your device arrives, we’ll notify you of the next steps. You can always check your tracking page for updates as your device moves through inspection and payment processing.
