Before shipping your device for repair, it's essential to back up your data to prevent loss. While we take pride in providing diligent and professional services and handle every repair with care, any repair may result in data loss.

Use cloud services like iCloud or Google Drive to back up your data. For iPhones, navigate to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup, and select Back Up Now. Android users can enable backup by going to Settings > Google > Backup.

Alternatively, you can back up your device to a computer. iPhone users can use iTunes or Finder (on MacOS Catalina or later) to create a backup, while Android users can manually copy files or use the manufacturer’s backup software.

Once your backup is complete, verify that all important data, such as photos, contacts, and documents, are safely stored. If you’re concerned about sensitive data, consider resetting your device to factory settings after backing up.

We make every effort to safeguard your device and its data, but creating a proper backup is the best way to protect your valuable information. If you have any questions about backing up your device, feel free to contact us!
