To ensure a smooth repair process, please remove any PINs, passcodes, or other screen locks from your device before shipping it to us. This step allows us to fully inspect and diagnose your device without unnecessary delays.

For iPhone users, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode), enter your current passcode, and select Turn Passcode Off.

For Android users, go to Settings > Security > Screen Lock, and select None or Swipe to disable your screen lock.

If you’re unable to remove your PIN or passcode, please include it with your device details so we can unlock it during the repair process. Your security is our priority, and all personal information remains confidential.
