Before shipping your device for repair, please disable any account locking services to allow us to diagnose and repair your device without delays.
For iPhones users, turn off Find My iPhone by navigating to Settings > [Your Name] > Find My > Find My iPhone, and toggle it off. You’ll need your Apple ID password to complete this step.
For Android users, disable Google Account Lock by going to Settings > Accounts > [Your Google Account], and selecting Remove Account.
