If a repair isn’t feasible, we’ll notify you promptly and ship your device back to you immediately. The $35 diagnostic fee you paid at the start will cover the time and effort our technicians invested in assessing your device.
While we pride ourselves on our expertise and success rate, some issues may fall outside the scope of repair.
